Ensure that you have the proper permissions to allow remote access (if required) or on-site work.
Maintain backups of your important data before requesting any services related to system maintenance or data entry.
4. Booking and Scheduling
Services are scheduled based on mutual availability. You can request a service time via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Once a service appointment is confirmed, it is your responsibility to attend the appointment or notify me in advance if rescheduling is necessary.
Late or missed appointments without 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of the payment or inability to reschedule the service.
5. Service Delivery
Remote Services: Remote services will be delivered through screen sharing, video calls, or email communication, depending on the type of service.
On-site Services: On-site services are available based on location and prior agreement. A specific time will be agreed upon for the service.
Services are provided according to the agreed terms and do not include the sale or repair of physical hardware (unless otherwise specified).

Termination may also occur if any form of abusive behavior or unprofessional conduct is displayed during the service period.
